I'm pretty sure that you could sum Jacob's surprise party tonight in two words... FUCKING SUCCESSFUL. I am so glad that Jacob got a wonderful party for his 18th birthday. He definitely deserves it. He rarely asks for anything for himself. This has been a big year for him. He marched his first year in a drum corp. He started college as a high school senior.
I love him so much. He's been one my all time best friends since the 6th grade. We can talk about anything, and spend hours doing it. I remember one afternoon, we spent 4 hours sitting in the parking lot of Lori's just talking about life and what we wanted from it. It was marvelous.
